Coyle Girelli’s debut solo album, Love Kills (out September 21, 2018). Formerly the frontman for British rock bands Your Vegas and The Chevin, Coyle Girelli finds his voice in dark singer/songwriter balladry and a classic rock-and-roll sound. Majestic and enveloping, Love Kills brings us face-to-face with heartbreak, challenging us to feel real feelings as the artist strips to a vulnerable and terrifyingly fragile state.

With a voice like The Killers’ Brandon Flowers and a slightly vintage sound a la Roy Orbison, Coyle Girelli ranks high on 2018’s top crooners list – if only one such chart existed. In premiering the track “Never Thought I’d See You Again” earlier this year, Atwood noted the term “modern noir” in describing Girelli’s music: “Impassioned guitar-slinger Americana music, achingly nostalgic for the Golden Age of outlaw country.”
